"A
simple system for
collecting rainwater" |
| Friday, January 15, 2010
Among the various options to rationalize the use of the water resource recovery and reuse of rainwater for all uses that do not require drinking water is one of the most promising.
In this context, the NRG, a small company in Bologna, proposes SIRAP, a patented system of rainwater harvesting with no intruder mosquitoes and no water evaporation . This is a simple system for collecting rain water to make it available for reuse. Unlike other systems out there that provide large underground tanks this solution has the advantage of simplicity, since it does not require the use of pumps. The system is particularly suitable for installation in buildings and condominiums, is based on a small 100-liter tanks positioned at each floor that intercept, by means of special valves, storm water directly from rain. From here the water can then get to the users to simple fall. |
